We are committed to protecting your privacy. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.

- Account information: Name, email address, and password when you create an account
- Payment information: Billing details processed by our third-party payment provider (Stripe). We do not store credit card numbers or full payment details on our servers.
- Support inquiries: Any information you provide when contacting us for support
1.2 Social Media Account Data
When you connect a social media account (X, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, or others), we collect and store:
- Access tokens and refresh tokens: Required to schedule and publish posts on your behalf
- Basic profile information: Username, display name, profile ID, and account type as provided by the platform
- Content you submit: Post text, media files, scheduling parameters, and metadata that you send through the API
We access your social media accounts only to perform the actions you explicitly request (publishing posts, scheduling content). We do not access your private messages, followers lists, or other account data beyond what is necessary to provide the Service.
1.3 Automatically Collected Information
- API usage data: Request logs, endpoints called, response codes, timestamps, and credit consumption
- Device and browser information: IP address, browser type and version, operating system
- Usage patterns: Pages visited, features used, and interaction data within the dashboard
- Cookies: Session cookies for authentication and analytics cookies for service improvement
2. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)
If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we process your personal data under the following legal bases:

When you use the Service to publish or schedule content, we transmit your content and authentication tokens to the respective platform (X, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) to carry out your request. Each platform processes this data under its own privacy policy:

While we strive to protect your data, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Service and fulfill the purposes described in this policy. Specifically:
- Account data: Retained while your account is active and for 30 days after deletion
- API request logs: Retained for 90 days for debugging and usage monitoring
- Payment records: Retained as required by applicable tax and financial regulations
- Social media tokens: Deleted immediately when you disconnect a social media account or delete your account
Upon account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
