We welcome discussions regarding elite athletes, amateur athletes, competition strategy, training, theory, technique, programming and current events in the sport of Weightlifting. We tolerate threads made about shoes, but just barely. Surveys are not welcome unless they are specific to the Sport. Check out the wiki for programs, tutorials, WL portals and info about the sport.
